Every tee is printed to order in the US, then shipped tracked to your door. Here's how long the whole thing takes.
Printing
Your tee is made after you order it (nothing sits in a warehouse). Printing takes 2–5 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it leaves the printer.
Delivery
United States: 3–7 business days after printing. Most orders land within 5–10 business days of checkout.
Everywhere else: 10–20 business days after printing, depending on where you are and how your local post feels that week. Any customs or import charges are set by your country and aren't included in the price.
Cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and how many tees are in the order. Ordering more than one? Buy 2, the 3rd is free, and they all ship together.
Tracking
Every order ships tracked. Your tracking link is in your shipping confirmation email. If the tracking hasn't moved in over a week, email us at hello@groupchatonly.com with your order number and we'll chase it.
Wrong address?
Email us as soon as you can. If the order hasn't gone to print yet, we can fix it. Once it's shipped, we can't redirect it, so double-check that address at checkout.
