Shipping policy

All Group Chat Only tees are printed to order in the United States and shipped with tracking.

Processing time

Orders are printed within 2–5 business days of purchase. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery estimates

United States: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
International: 10–20 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and local customs processing.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays or customs.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination and the number of items in your order.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or fees set by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer's cost. If you notice a mistake, email hello@groupchatonly.com immediately; we can update the address only if the order hasn't gone to print.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days (US) or 25 business days (international), contact us at hello@groupchatonly.com and we'll investigate with the carrier and reship or refund where the parcel is confirmed lost.
